Integrated with high-resolution bright-field and multi-channel fluorescence imaging, the system can automatically identify brain slice contours, plan optimal scanning paths, and achieve precise focusing. It can complete imaging of a single brain slice in as fast as 1 minute, and automatically register the scanned images with the Allen Mouse/Rat Brain Atlas with high precision, as well as automatically complete cell identification, counting, and 3D brain tissue reconstruction.

  • Side LED Illumination: Adopts a side LED scattered illumination design to present fluorescent samples with high contrast, eliminating the need for manual pre-marking of sample positions with a marker pen.
